Bagatelle New York, the acclaimed French bistro located in the heart of the Meatpacking District; is prepared for fall with the addition of new savory dishes and specialty cocktails to its dinner menu. Available now, the new menu includes an array of decadent meat, poultry, seafood and pasta dishes – ranging from appetizers to main entrees.

bagatellenyc-1 16a In true Bagatelle fashion, Chef Sébastien Chamaret unites modern flavors and traditional French techniques to create the perfect synergy of deliciously vibrant dishes. Some intriguing new options include, Steak Tartare Croustillant (traditional steak tartare placed on bite size crispy rice cakes, made from Arborio rice, topped with Harissa Mayo & fried shallots); Canard aux Figues (pan seared marinated Hudson Valley duck breast and confit leg fritter with glazed daikon, fig and apple vinegar sauce); Bavette de Wagyu (12 oz. grilled Australian Wagyu with pommery mustard sauce and porcini fricassée) and Coquilles St. Jacques Rôties (Maine diver scallops in braised saffron fennel with fire roasted pepper and black olive chimichurri), to name a few.

In appreciation of truffle season, the menu also features Bagatelle favorites like Pizza à la Truffe Noire (flat bread with black truffle, crème fraiche and scamorza), Poulet Rôti Entier à la Truffe (country style whole truffled roasted chicken) and Gnocchi Truffés à la Parisienne de Nicolas (homemade gnocchi with black truffle pesto filling and truffle sauce).

To complement the new additions, Bagatelle’s accomplished mixologist Brice Mastroluca formulated three specialty cocktails. They include: Fall Away (muddled apple, 8 year-old Bacardi, cinnamon sugar, lime juice, topped with ginger), Peruvian Connection (Solbesso, ginger syrup, lemon juice, red wine float) and Remember Me (Bulleit Bourbon, Suze, Antica Vermouth, cherry brandy sugar).bagatelle 1
