Hennessy Privilege VSOP had top mixologists from popular hot spots in Los Angeles and New York craft tasty cocktails to make this special holiday truly memorable. Try these recipes at home and enjoy!

From Mama Lion: Todd Eames’s The Baby Mama

Ingredients:
1.5 oz. Hennessy V.S.O.P Privilège
.75 oz. pomegranate liqueur
.75 oz. lemon juice
.5 oz. Demerara syrup
2 oz. Chandon champagne

Step 1: Shake all ingredients (except for champagne) with ice and strain into a champagne flute.
Step 2: Top with champagne and garnish with a lemon twist.

From Sweetwater Social: Matt Friedlander’s Hennessy Highball
Ingredients:
2 oz. Hennessy V.S.O.P Privilège
Club soda
Orange & lemon peel garnish
Highball glass
5 ice cubes

Step 1: Pour Hennessy V.S.O.P Privilège into highball glass with 5 ice cubes
Step 2: Top with club soda
Step 3: Garnish with orange & lemon peel

From Lock & Key: Miranda Zeiger’s Inferno’s Spirit
Ingredients:
2 oz. Hennessy V.S.O.P Privilège
.5 oz. Grand Marnier
.5 oz. Amaro Meletti
2 dashes of Firewater (by Scrappy’s Bitters) can be substituted with any bitters with a bit of spiciness
2 dashes of Chocolate Chili Bitters (by Miracle Mile Bitters Co.) can be substituted with any chocolate bitters

Step 1: Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with cubed ice.
Step 2: Stir well for 45 seconds then strain cocktail into a Winchester glass.
Step 3: Use a slice of orange peel and express the orange oil on top of the cocktail and around the rim of the glassware.
Step 4: Garnish with the slice of orange peel and one dried chile de arbol.

 

From Distilled: Meghan Kelleher’s Dauphine Special
Ingredients:
2 oz. Hennessy V.S.O.P Privilège
2 dashes of Cardamom bitters
1/4 oz. pure maple syrup
Green chartreuse
Chilled double whiskey glass

Step 1: Combine the Hennessy V.S.O.P Privilège, bitters and maple syrup
Step 2: Rinse the double whiskey glass with chartreuse
Step 3: Fill glass and serve

BlakePorter-Serafina.FINALS (Copy)

From Serafina: Blake Porter’s Blackberry Sidecar
Ingredients:
1.5 oz. Hennessy V.S.O.P Privilège
1.5 oz. St. Germain
.5 oz. pineapple juice
.25 oz. lemon juice
3-5 blackberries

Step 1: Shake all ingredients in a mixing glass.
Step 2: Pour cocktail into a rocks glass over ice and garnish with a lemon wedge

 

From The Late Late: Seth Allen’s V.S.O.P Privilège Rickey
It’s a riff on a classic non Cognac cocktail. Summery and refreshing.
Ingredients:
2 oz. Hennessy V.S.O.P Privilège
3 raspberries
1/2 lime
3 lime wheels
Moët champagne

Step 1: Muddle half lime and 3 raspberries in shaker tin
Step 2: Add Hennessy V.S.O.P Privilège and ice
Step 3: Shake. Double strain into Collins glass over two lime wheels with fresh ice
Step 4: Top with Moët and garnish with lime wheel on lip of glass
