The Mad Scientist Cocktail

Ingredients
1.5 oz. Vodka
3/4 oz. Honey syrup (50/50 honey & warm water)
3/4 oz. Lime Juice
2 oz. fresh Beet juice
Dash of Sugar
Rosemary sprig
Dry Ice, for effect

Directions
Combine vodka, honey syrup, lime juice, and beet juice in shaker tin.
Add ice and shake.
Strain into low ball glass.
Add dry ice for effect.
Garnish with rosemary sprig.

Pro Tips
Make a kid-friendly version without vodka or honey syrup. Drink as is or add celery or cucumber juice.
