In celebration of the 2018 holiday season, the Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado, an all-season destination in the magical surrounds of northern New Mexico, is planning an exciting lineup of festive programming.  New holiday-inspired experiences include Christmas Day events, snow-ga (yoga in the snow), the resort’s fourth annual holiday tree lighting ceremony, New Year’s Eve dinner, holiday afternoon tea party, cookie decorating, and much more.

“We’re thrilled to present this year’s holiday programming and play host to one of Santa Fe’s most cherished holiday happenings, the annual holiday tree lighting ceremony” said Bixente Pery, the hotel’s general manager.  “Whether it’s enjoying yoga in the snow or spending Christmas and New Year’s with us at Terra, the Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado aims to provide guests and locals with a memorable holiday season.”

Terra will also be hosting a beautiful Christmas Eve dinner, featuring delicious, classic holiday staples for loved ones to enjoy together.  Pricing is $110 per adult and $55 per child, 6-12 years of age.  Additionally, the restaurant will be hosting a Christmas Day Buffett from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. complete with brunch dishes, regionally-inspired plates and libations for $105 per adult and $52.50 per child, 6-12 years of age.

On New Year’s Eve, guests can ring in 2019 at Terra with their extraordinary New Year’s Eve Dinner.  Priced at $160 per adult, the special night will include a delicious pre-set menu, a live DJ and a midnight champagne toast.   Reservations start at 5:30 p.m., and can be made by visitinghttps://www.fourseasons.com/santafe/dining/restaurants/terra/, or by calling (505) 946-5800.

On December 23rd, 26th and 29th, there will be a Gruet Wine Tasting Hour from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Terra, where guests can enjoy a variety of wines by the popular New Mexico-based winery.  Additionally, on December 23rd and December 30th, guests are welcome to join in on Cookie Decorating which will take place in the resort’s main lobby from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Enjoy an assortment of delicious fruit, finger sandwiches, sweets, and scrumptious tea at the resort’s Holiday Afternoon Tea Party on December 15th and December 22nd from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.  This year, the Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado has partnered with Cooking with Kids to provide 30% of every Holiday Afternoon Tea purchase to aid in continuing their amazing program.  Pricing is $34 per adult, $44 per adult with champagne, $17 per child, 6-12 years of age.

Guests will also have access to S’more Sessions at the Terra fire pit every day from November 21st through November 25th, every day from December 24th through December 28th, and every Friday and Saturday in December from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.  Terra will provide guests with the s’more fixings as they warm up by the fire pit and soak in beautiful views of Santa Fe.

New to this year’s winter programming is Snow-ga, or yoga in the snow.  Classes will be taught Wednesday from 9:30AM to 10:30AM by one of the resort’s talented yoga instructors.  The resort will be providing guests with cozy mittens to keep their hands warm during their yoga practice. During the winter season, the resort’s Adventure Center can also arrange the perfect itinerary complete with winter sports and activities such as snow-shoeing, skiing, and much more.

During the holiday season, The Spa at Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado also offers a number of seasonally inspired treatments, such as the Arctic Berry Peel and Peptide Illuminating Facial, “Pick Me Up!” Caramel Coffee Body Scrub, and Sugar Plum Restorative Oxygen Ritual, to name a few.  The Spa will also be offering a number of rejuvenating oxygen treatments to alleviate altitude sickness and combat the harsh winter air.
