He’s done it! As expected, Lin-Manuel Miranda‘s Hamilton dominated this year’s Tony Awards winning 11 of its record breaking 16 nominations. It would have been impossible to win all since multiple cast members competed against each other in shared categories. Miranda was easily the most mentioned name of the night as all winning cast and crew members were sure to sing the Latino playwright’s praises. Read the complete list of winners below… and stay tuned for our exclusive conversation with Miranda later this week.

Miranda personally won for Best Original Score, Best Book of a Musical, and of course, Best Musical. During the emotional acceptance of his first award he said, “We live through times when hate and fear seem stronger. We rise and fall and light from dying embers. Remembrances that hope and love last longer,” he continued. “And love is love is love is love is love is love is love is love.”
