New Year/ Better Sex – Expert Tips to Improve Your Skills

As we look to 2015, another year brings us another opportunity for resolutions. Sure you can promise to hit the gym or start flossing your teeth, but why not commit to something that will bring you pleasure all year long?
For a year of better sex, Emily Morse, sex expert, host of the top downloaded sex and relationship advice podcast “Sex with Emily” and Bravo TV personality offers up the below tips.

Sex1 2015

1. Sleep with people who make you feel good about yourself.

If you are having Sunday morning regrets or have been seeing someone who doesn’t appreciate you, it’s time to try something new. Life is too short to spend time in a relationship going nowhere. Move on from stale relationships that are holding you back.

2. Commit to safer sex:

If you know that sex is going to happen, might as well be prepared for it.  Sure, you planned on using condoms, until you had a few too many drinks or your partner didn’t have any. Why not arm yourself with condoms that you actually like and feel good like Lifestyles new Turbo condoms with a dab of ExciteGel which delivers extra stimulation to her most intimate areas (if you know what I mean).

3. Do your Sexercises:

Kegel exercises can give women stronger orgasms and make men last longer in bed. To make sure you stay on track, try the Kegel Camp app with a daily reminder to do your exercises and 20 levels so you can compete with yourself or your partner. Kegels are miracle muscles, otherwise known as pelvic floor muscles. For women: doing Kegels tightens everything up during sex and helps you have stronger orgasms. For men: exercising their Kegel muscles can help them last longer in bed. Remember to breathe with the flow of your Kegels.

4. A Healthy Buzz:

A vibrator will enhance your sex life with or without a partner. You can get one to enhance your solo time and find those other pleasure spots, like the Fifi for extra G-spot stimulation or try His and Her Pleasure Massagers from LifeStyles, which provide wonderful vibrating stimulation for men and women. Ring in the New Year with a buzz, not a hangover.

5.Ask for what you want:

Resolutions are all about being proactive. If you have a sexual desire or fantasy then speak up and take responsibility for your own pleasure. Whether you’re in a new or long term relationship, commit to trying something new in bed whether it’s a new position, dirty talk or a little bondage. Variety is the spice of life (and sex) so if you commit to speaking up you’ll have more pleasure all year round.
