Swiss watchmaker Richard Mille will open its first boutique in New York City in the fall of 2017. The boutique will be located at 46 East 57th Street, which is the retail side of the 432 Park Avenue building: currently the tallest residential tower in the Western Hemisphere. The street-level boutique space measures nearly 5,000 square feet.

The 432 Park Avenue tower resides on the west side of Park Avenue, between 56th and 57th streets. Uruguay-born architect Rafael Viñoly designed the tower, which measures 1,396 feet in height and is comprised of 96 floors. Macklowe Properties codeveloped the tower with CIM Group, while Macklowe Properties owns the retail and commercial space in the development.

Other Richard Mille boutiques in North America are located in Aspen, Bal Harbour, Beverly Hills, Las Vegas, Miami and St. Barth.
