SAMSUNG Galaxy S4: Breathe & Stop

09 Sep 2013 by Francisco Romeo in Home, Products, TOYS

Samsung continues to top itself by developing, and launching to market, smartphones that perform functions we never imagined… or ever thought we needed. The latest in this legacy that also includes the Galaxy Note 2 is the Galaxy S4. Prepare yourself to be awed!

Launched earlier this year with an up-close and personal concert by Bruno Mars, the S4 continues Samsung’s tradition for innovation.

Remember the touch screen? Well, now you don’t even need to put your fingers on the device. Just hover or wave your hand above and the Galaxy S4 will scroll or turn a page, change a song, view documents within a file folder or a link on a web page. By holding a finger over the screen you can preview content within the photo gallery, email and calendar. Soon Samsung will find a way for you to only think of a function before their new smartphone is performing it. We’re getting close. With the S4 you can pause a video by looking away from the screen, and scroll to the top or bottom of a page by looking up or down it.

If you’re into taking pictures with the S4 you can rival Annie Liebovitz. The camera’s advanced features let you capture progressive action and remove unwanted people from the photo. Even watching TV just got easier. The included WatchON feature allows you to search, and recommends TV, movies and sports according to personal tastes. This feature along with the built in IR blaster makes the Galaxy S4 function as a remote control for home theater equipment.

“The Galaxy S line of smartphones has achieved momentous success with 100 million in unit sales worldwide in less than three years. This validates that we are addressing what consumers want from a smartphone,” said Dale Sohn, president of Samsung Telecommunications America. “The fourth generation of Samsung’s flagship device builds upon the tradition of excellence and provides consumers with even more innovation that simplifies and redefines the way individuals will interact with their Galaxy S 4. We believe this device will be a true companion to all aspects of a consumer’s life from work, to travel and even watching TV.”
