The Double D Burger

INGREDIENTS
2 Hamburger Bun
1oz of Liquid Butter
2oz of Kilt Burner Mayonnaise*
2 leaf of Green Leaf Lettuce
2 Tomato Slice
6 rings of Red Onion Slice
2 8oz Hamburger Patty
2oz of Cajun Flour*
2 slice of Cheddar Cheese
2 slice of Cooked Apple Wood Bacon

PROCEDURE
1. Add Liquor Butter to Buns and place on the flat top to toast.
2. Dust Beef Patties with Cajun Flour making sure that it is fully covered.
3. Place dusted Beef Patty in a 350 degree preheated fryer and cook for 5 minutes.
4. Pull from fryer and place fried burgers on the flat top.
5. Add Cheddar Cheese on both patties and melt the Cheese.
6. Add crispy Bacon on one of the Patties.
7. Add Kilt Burner Mayonnaise on two heels and one crown Bun.
8. Add Green Leaf Lettuce, Tomato Slice and Red Onion Slice to Bun heel.
9. Place one Patty with melted Cheese on top of Red Onion rings.
10. Place second Patty with crispy Bacon on top of first Patty.
11. Place top Bun on patty and serve.

The Hot Mess Burger

INGREDIENTS
1 Hamburger Bun
1oz-fl of Liquid Butter
8oz Hamburger Patty ”
1 slice of Cheddar Cheese
4oz-fl of Chili Beef with Beans
3oz-fl of Cheese Sauce*
1/10oz of TK Dust*

PROCEDURE
1. Season Patty with TK Dust and place on a 350 degree preheated flat top to sear.
2. Flip patty after 2 minutes and sear other side for 2 minutes.
3. Add Liquid Butter to Bun and place on the flat top to toast.
4. Place Cheddar Cheese on Patty and melt.
5. Place Patty on Bun heel.
6. Add Chili Beef Beans on top of melted Cheese.
7. Place top Bun on top of Chili Beef Beans.
8. Add Cheese Sauce over top Bun. *see below

Cheese Sauce
¼ Can of Monterey Jack Cheese Sauce
1 cup of Whole Milk
¼ tbsp Paprika Procedure

1. Open can of Monterey Jack Cheese Sauce and place into bowl.
2. Add Whole Milk.
3. Add Paprika.
4. Mix all ingredients together. TK Dust
4 Cups Lawry’s Seasoned Salt
1 1/3 Cups Black Pepper
1 1/3 Cups Garlic Powder
1 Cups Granulated Sugar
½ Cups Spice Paprika
