‘Tis the Season for Holiday Cocktails!

The countdown to Christmas has officially begun. Whether you’re prepping for a holiday party or plan to be curled up by the fireplace, these flavorful Don Papa Rum cocktails are easy to make and perfect for getting in the holiday spirit.

COOKIES N CREAM 

  • 1 ¾ oz. Don Papa Rum
  • 1 1/3 oz. Cookie Soaked Milk
  • 1/3 oz. Chocolate Sauce

Garnish: Whipped cream, sprinkles and a cookie

Method: Combine all ingredients into a shaker. Shake hard until chilled and strain into a rocks glass. Top with cream and garnish.

Don Papa RumDon Toddy (Copy)DON TODDY

  • 1 ¾ oz. Don Papa Rum
  • ¾ oz. Lemon
  • 1 ¾ oz. Boiling Water
  • 1 oz. Cinnamon and Ginger Honey

Garnish: Lemon wheel, cinnamon sticks

Method: Combine all ingredients into glass and stir. Serve while hot.

Don Papa Rum Mince Pie Sour (Copy)

MINCE PIE SOUR

  • 1 ¾ oz. Don Papa Rum
  • 1 ¾ bar spoon Mince Pie Syrup*
  • ¾ oz. Lemon
  • 1 Egg White

Garnish: Dust of nutmeg or cinnamon

Method: Add all ingredients into a shaker. Dry shake without ice first then shake again with ice to emulsify the egg white. Strain into a flute and dust with your favorite winter spice.

* To make the mince pie syrup simply take 2-4 mince pies and remove the filling. Add hot water and stir until dissolved.

 EVE OF THE DON

  • 1 ¾ oz.  Don Papa Rum
  • 1 ¾ bar spoon Raspberry and Thyme Purée
  • ¾ oz. Lemon
  • ¾ bar spoon Sugar
  • Top with Prosecco

Garnish: Raspberry and thyme with lemon zest

Method: Combine all but the prosecco in a shaker and shake hard until diluted and chilled.Strain into a coupe and garnish and serve.
