The newly opened BESO Restaurant and EVE Nightclub in Las Vegas are an expansion of Eva Longoria Parker’s budding restaurant empire.

The venues are crown jewels in the the 8.5 billion dollar “Crystals” CityCenter MGM/Mirage Las Vegas development.

BESO Restaurant is a steakhouse with a Latin flare that combines Eva’s heritage and passion for cooking with the skills of Chef Todd English. The result is exquisite fare featuring flavorful, tender cuts of aged beef and an assortment of tasty ceviche selections. 

The restaurant is your quintessential Foodie haven, and with a wide variety of steaks and seafood, the selection is sure to satisfy anyone’s taste buds. Eva Longoria herself lent a hand when creating the menu; her recipes include the to-die-for avocado guacamole and delicious chicken tortilla soup. The meal portions are huge and guaranteed not to leave you hungry. When it comes time for dessert, the churros are not to be missed- made to order with just the right blend of warm, crunchy happiness you expect from a high end restaurant dessert cart, but fun and without the stuffy attitude.

BESO Restaurant has become the stomping ground for A-List celebrities and their entourages, with fans including: Prince, Victoria and David Beckham, Kate Beckinsale, The Black Eyed Peas, Zac Efron, Justin Timberlake, Jessica Biel, Hayden Panettiere, Jessica Simpson, and Salma Hayek.  

The design is elegant and sphisticated. Deep chocolate browns and rich gold finishes envelope Beso’s 6,000-square-foot interior. Custom-designed chandeliers from the Swarovski Crystal curtain created for the 2009 Academy Awards highlight a red exhibition kitchen and sophisticated dining room in this steakhouse. A patio overlooking the ARIA porte-cochere, offers outdoor dining year round. 

BESO is also home to drop-dead-gorgeous EVE Nightclub, where guests intertwine in a luxurious black and sparkling gold atmosphere, complete with lavish VIP booths, floor-to-ceiling mirrored windows and 50-foot-tall arched ceilings. One-of-a kind colossal video screens surrounding the dance floor are a striking, state-of-the art feature unique to EVE Nightclub alone. Renowned DJs and a premium sound and lighting system make EVE Nightclub the ultimate chic club to dance the night away.

EVE is the First FEMALE Owned Nightclub in Vegas: EVE Nightclub is the first ever female-owned, female-designed, and female-operated nightclub in Vegas. Longoria’s hands-on approach and First Lady status means an end to the boys club that used to reign over Vegas nightlife.

Beso is an LEED certified GREEN Restaurant: BESO Restaurant is environmentally conscious with upgrades such as a special $350,000 stove hood and scrubber to filter volatile organic kitchen compounds; Swarovski crystals which were reclaimed from the Oscars broadcast for use as chandeliers;  reclaimed woods throughout; recycled wallpapers; recycled and compostable to-go boxes; recycled paper menus; a green cleaning crew; lots of natural light to save power during the day; and locally sourced building materials to save on shipping and reduce the transportation carbon footprint.
