With endless Kama Sutra positions, monthly magazine illustrations and online tips, you’d think Americans are getting pretty creative in the bedroom, but did you know the most favored sex position for men and women is still to have their partner on top? 

Acknowledged for getting close to consumers with product innovations focused on making sex better, the makers of LifeStyles Condoms are now getting even closer by discovering the hidden habits and desires of sexually active individuals through the LifeStyles Condoms Sexual Satisfaction Survey.

Other findings include statistics showing:

*   Eye Contact is Key.
Close to 40% of men prefer face-to-face sex, with the female on top (20% of females also prefer this position). Likewise, 40% of women prefer face-to-face, with the male on top, while only 20% of men prefer this position. 

*   It’s A Doggy Style World!
30% of all male respondents and 26% of all female respondents prefer the traditional doggy style position. This in combated by a mere 8% of guys and 3% of girls who like the “reverse cowgirl” position.
 
*   The less complicated, the better.
No surprise here – only 2% of all male and females respondents prefer face-to-face lying sideways.  Similarly, only 3% of male and females prefer rear entry lying sideways. Too advanced, maybe…

*   We’re just lazy!
Only 1% of male respondents and 2% of female respondents want to have sex while standing.
