JAVIER’s Joins Aria’s Culinary Line-Up In Las Vegas This Summer

ARIA Resort & Casino in Las Vegas recently announced  that Javier’s will join its culinary family late summer.  Javier’s, a favorite hot spot for those in-the-know in Southern California and Los Cabos, Mexico, will introduce its regionally influenced Mexican cooking in an unrivaled setting amongst all of the excitement of ARIA.

, ARIA’s President and COO, said, “Javier’s has long been one of my favorite stops in Southern California and I couldn’t be more excited to introduce their brand of great food, incredible drinks and unrivaled energy to our guests.

Javier’s menu, inspired by cuisine from different regions of Mexico, features grilled seafood, steaks, chicken and a selection of vegetarian dishes presented exquisitely. Tequila aficionados will be impressed by the restaurant’s selection of premium tequila which is without rival from here to Mexico while the restaurant’s full bar will feature Javier’s famous hand-shaken, made-to-order margaritas.

Designed by famed restaurant/resort designer Dodd Mitchell, Javier’s will be a spectacular, inviting addition to the casino floor.

Javier’s joins the AAA Five Diamond ARIA Resort & Casino‘s already impressive culinary team which features restaurants by renowned chefs and restaurateurs including Michael Mina, Sirio Maccioni, Jean Georges Vongerichten, Masa Takayama, Shawn McClain and Julian Serrano.  Javier’s presentation of outstanding Mexican cuisine will round out the resort’s offerings and fill an important niche for ARIA’s guests.
