With 2022 around the corner, celebrate the new year with unique and cheers-worthy cocktails. Hre we bring you some of our favorite recipes to get into the holiday spirit.

TALISKER 57
Ingredients:

  • 1.25 oz Talisker 10-Year-Old
  • 0.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 0.75 oz Simple Syrup
  • Champagne for top

Glassware: Champagne Flute
Garnish: Lemon Twist

Preparation: Combine Talisker 10 Year Old, lemon juice and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well. Strain contents into a Flute glass. Fill to top with champagne and garnish with a twist.

MAPLE OLD FASHIONED

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz The Singleton 12 Year Old
  • 2-4 Dashes Bitters
  • 1 Teaspoon Maple Syrup
  • Splash of Club Soda

Glassware: Rocks Glass
Garnish: Orange Twist

Preparation: Add a large, clear ice cube to a rocks glass. Add Singleton, bitters, maple syrup, and soda to the glass. Stir 10-15 times to chill and top with an orange twist.

OLD PARR GOLDEN BEAT
Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz. Old Parr Blended Scotch 12 Year
  • 1 oz. Ginger Syrup
  •  .5 oz Lemon Juice
  • Club Soda

Glassware: Rocks Glass

Garnish: Orange Wedge

Preparation: Combine Old Parr Aged 12 Years, Ginger Syrup, and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker with ice.  Shake well and strain into a rocks glass over ice. Top with premium club soda and garnish with an orange wedge

A HARPER CAROL
Ingredients:

1 oz I.W. Harper Bourbon

0.5 oz Italian Red Bitter Liqueur

0.75 oz Pineapple Juice

0.75 oz Lemon

0.25 oz Cinnamon-Date Syrup

Glassware: Coupe

Garnish: Dehydrated lemon wheel and grated nutmeg

 Preparation: Combine all ingredients with I.W. Harper Bourbon in a shaker tin. Shake and double strain into a coupe glass.

WHISKY PROSECCO PEAR FIZZ
Ingredients:

  • 1.25 oz Buchanan’s DeLuxe 12 YO Scotch Whisky
  • 2 oz fresh pear juice
  • ½ oz lemon juice
  • ½ oz cinnamon simple syrup

o   2-4 cinnamon sticks

o   1 cup water

o   1 cup sugar

  • 1 oz Prosecco

 Preparation:

  • Cinnamon simple syrup:

o   Combine cinnamon sticks, water and sugar into a sauce pan and boil.

o   Reduce heat and simmer for at least 15 minutes, then strain.

 Final cocktail:

  1. Add whisky, pear juice, lemon juice and simple syrup into a shaker.
  2. Add ice and shake.
  3. Strain into a flute.
  4. Top with Prosecco.
  5.     Garnish with pear slice.

FRENCH 75
Ingredients:

1 oz Tanqueray No. TEN

.5 oz Lemon juice

.5 oz Simple syrup

1.25 oz Moet Poured on Top

Garnish: Lemon Curl

Glassware: Champagne Flute

Preparation: Build cocktail in shaker. Fine Strain into Flute. Top with 1.25 oz Moet. Garnish with lemon curl.

JOHNNIE WALKER BLACK LABEL LEMON HIGHBALL
Ingredients:

1.5 oz Johnnie Walker Black Label

4.5oz Fever Tree Soda Water

1 Lemon Wedge Squeezed

Garnish: Lemon Wedge

Glassware: Highball

Preparation: Build all ingredients into an ice-filled highball glass and garnish with a lemon wheel

BLUE STONE ROYAL
Ingredients:

  • 40ml CÎROC Vodka
  • 20ml Lemon Juice
  • 10ml Vanilla Syrup
  • Top up with Champagne

Glassware: Champagne flute

Preparation: Shake first 3 ingredients with ice and top up with champagne.  Serve in a champagne glass.  Garnish with dark grapes.

HONEY FIZZ
Ingredients:

Seedlip Grove 42 1 oz

Verjus 1 ½ oz

Honey 2 tsp

Cold soda: Top

Glass: Champagne flute

Method: Build in glass
