DOS CAMINOS Cocktails to Toast National Tequila Day

As National Tequila Day (7/24) approaches, we bring you Dos Caminos Summer Tequila Cocktails – perfect to celebrate one of our favorite ‘holidays’ of the year. Pair them with the best guacamole in the city and let the fiesta begin!
With New York locations in Times Square, Meatpacking District, Soho, Park Avenue and Third Avenue, Dos Caminos highlights seasonal and fresh ingredients to create delectable craft cocktails.
Cherry Buzz $16
• 2 oz. El Jimador Blanco Tequila
• 1 oz. Cold Brew Coffee*
• 1 oz. Cherry Purée
• .75 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
• .5 oz. Simple Syrup (50/50)
• 6 drops of Hellfire Bitters
Take all ingredients and add ice. Shake hard for 30x seconds. Strain into a Martini glass. Garnish w a spiraled Orange Twist.
Smoky Q $17
• 2 oz. Nuestra Solidad Mezcal
• 1 oz. Cucumber Purée
• .75 oz. Fresh Lime
• .5 oz. Agave Nectar
• Chili-salt half rim
• Grilled Jalapeño on a Pic
Take all the ingredients and add ice. Shake hard for 30x seconds. Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass. Half rim of spicy salt and jalapeño on the pic.
Yucatán Vesper $16
• 1 oz. Bacardí White Rum
• 1 oz. Nuestra Solidad Mezcal
• 1 oz. d’Aristi Xtabentún
Build ingredients over ice. Stir until very very cold. Strain into Martini Glass. Garnish with a Spiraled Lemon Twist.
Del Huerto $17
- 2 oz. Barón Blanco Tequila
- 1 oz. Grilled Corn (off the cobb)
- 1 Serrano Chili slice
- .75 oz. Fresh Lime
- .5 oz. Agave Nectar
- Pickled Green Bean and Pickled Yellow Cherry Tomato Garnish*
- Mushroom-flake sea salt half rim
Muddle the corn and serrano. Add remaining ingredients. Add Ice. Shake hard for 30x seconds. Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass. Half rim of mushroom.
