With Earth Day and Cinco de Mayo on the way, it’s time to let the celebrations begin. This year, along with traditional cerveza, tequila and rum; try a little something extra by introducing AGWA de Bolivia to your very well stocked bar.
AGWA de Bolivia is the world’s first and only coca leaf liqueur, made in South America and now available in the US.
An enticing spirit that is rapidly gaining cult status across select bars and restaurants throughout the country. As an exotic product that channels the rich culture of the South American way of life, AGWA makes the perfect choice for getting you in the party mood.
Here’s a peek into how AGWA is made: Wild Bolivian coca leaves are hand-picked at 2000 metres in the Andes and shipped under armed guard in 2000 Kilo Bales to Amsterdam to be macerated and de-cocainized. The potent high strength flavour formula is reduced to 60 proof, bottled and then shipped around the world in a more conventional format.
