Heading Down Under? Pascale Bar & Grill (inside QT Melbourne) is introducing Executive Chef Andy Harmer’s new culinary direction. After making a significant impact on Melbourne’s food scene, Harner is bringing his individual touch to QT Melbourne’s restaurants and bars. With a new menu unveiled this week, Pascale Bar & Grill will hero the modern-day bar and grill concept that has underpinned the QT Hotels dining experience. Staying true to QT’s energetic and playful style, the new direction will couple the freshest and finest ingredients with a commitment to celebrating locally sourced produce.
Drawing on his extensive culinary skills and experience, the Pascale Bar & Grill menu will be divided between raw, entrées, grill, josper, rotisserie, sides and dessert – the menu will include signature dishes of:
- Grilled calamari, burnt cucumber, quinoa and finger lime
- Cured kingfish, green strawberry and kombu oil
- Roasted dry-aged duck, honey and lavender
- 1.4kg Ranger Valley bone in rib, NSW
- WA wood-fired marron, chorizo blanc and desert lime
Guests will savour the selection of inventive desserts that showcase different flavours and textures designed to excite. Indulge in choices such as Fig Soufflé with Pistachio Ice Cream or a delightful mix of Alpine Strawberry, Eucalyptus and Chocolate.
