Minnow Bar

 

I Sez Baby
Created by Lead Bartender Chris Resnick from Minnow Bar in Miami Beach, FL
1 oz. Del Maguey Vida Mezcal
.5 oz. Lustau Dry Fino Sherry
.5 oz. Milagro Blanco Tequila
.25 oz. Cinnamon
3 dashes of Rizzo Bitters
Rosemary for garnish
Method:
Add ingredients to cocktail shaker on ice. Shake and pour into Nick & Nora glass. Top with rosemary.

Monkitail

 

Eastern Sol
Available at Monkitail in Hollywood, FL
1.5 oz. Vida Mezcal
1 (heaping) oz. Grilled Pineapple Puree*
.75 oz. Passionfruit Puree
.05 oz. Lime
.5 oz. Ginger
Method:
Combine all ingredients in a shaker. Shake, and strain into a hurricane glass filled with pebble ice. Garnish with an Angostura bitters float.
*Grilled Pineapple Puree
1 pineapple – remove the skin from the pineapple and slice into 1/3 in slices. Grill the pineapple slices on the salamander until caramelized. Add pineapple to a vitamix and puree. Label and date.
