With Labor Day around the corner,here are some refreshing and easy to make cocktails from Belvedere Vodka’s newest flavor, Ginger Zest. These cocktails, the Blackberry CollinsLuxury Pineapple and Polish Mule are prepared with easily accessible and fresh ingredients. They’re simple to make, yet are sure to elevate any occasion.

BELVEDERE Blackberry Collins

Ingredients: 

1.5oz Belvedere Vodka Ginger Zest

0.75oz Fresh Lemon Juice

0.75oz Simple Syrup

3oz Ginger Beer

4-5 Blackberries

Method: Place blackberries into shaker and muddle. Add remaining ingredients except ginger beer

Shake, strain into glass, and top with ginger beer

BELVEDERE Luxury Pineapple 

Ingredients: 

2oz Belvedere Vodka Ginger Zest

1oz Fresh Pineapple Juice

0.5oz Fresh Lemon Juice

0.5oz Honey Syrup

5 Dashes Angostura Bitters

Method: Place all ingredients in the shaker. Dry shake with no ice. Add ice, shake and strain into cocktail glass

  

BELVEDERE Polish Mule 

Ingredients:

2oz Belvedere Vodka Ginger Zest

0.5 oz Lime Juice

0.25 oz Simple Syrup

5oz Ginger Beer

3-4 Dashes of Angostura Bitters

Method: Whip, shake, dump and top with soda. Garnish with lime wheel.
