Get Ready To Celebrate National Mezcal Day

National Mezcal Day is just around the corner (October 21st), and what better wayto celebrate than with Mezcal Creyente. This mezcal begins with the finest quality Espadín agave, which is harvested from the regions of Tlacolula and Yautepec. The mezcals from both regions are blended together to create Creyente.

Quimera (above)
2 oz. Mezcal Creyente
0.5 oz. Mr. Black Coffee Liquer
1 oz Aperol
0.5 oz. Grapefruit Liquor

Shake all ingredients over ice. Pour into a chilled rocks glass.

Spicy Paloma
2 oz. Mezcal Creyente
.5 oz. Agave Syrup
1 oz. Grapefruit Juice
2 oz. Club Soda
Muddled Jalapeno

Muddle jalapeño in a collins class. Shake Mezcal Creyente, agave and grapefruit juice over ice. Pour into collins glass over muddled jalapeño and ice. Stir and top with club soda.
