Ditch the candy for these scary-good cocktails using Johnnie Walker, Bailey’s, Tanqueray No. Ten, Don Julio, The Singleton of Glendullan 12 Year Old, or Buchanan’s 12-Year-Old DeLuxe Blended Scotch Whisky.  From a burning take on an Old Fashioned to a bloody-good Bloody Mary, these cocktails are perfect for all of your spooky celebrations, destined to make you the ultimate (g)host or (g)hostess.

Ingredients:
1.25oz Tanqueray No. TEN
Tonic Water (top top)

Preparation: Add ice to glass with Tanqueray No. TEN. Top with tonic. Place blood orange wheel on rim of glass. Fix floral garnish to rim of glass using cocktail pick.

THE UNBURNT

Ingredients:
1 oz Johnnie Walker A Song of Fire
0.25 oz Simple Syrup
2 Dashes Orange Bitters

Glassware: Rocks / Ice Block
Garnish: Burnt Sage

Method:
Add all ingredients in a mixing glass. Add ice and stir for 10 seconds. Strain over an ice block in a rocks glass. Garnish with freshly burnt sage so that it is smoking upon being served.

AUTUMNAL GLENDULLAN

Ingredients
1.5 oz The Singleton of Glendullan 12 Year Old
0.5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1 oz Apple cider
0.25 oz Cinnamon syrup
1 Bar Spoon Pumpkin butter 

Preparation: Add all ingredients into a shaker. Add ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a highball glass and garnish.

Glassware: Highball/Rocks
Garnish: Apple slice/grated nutmeg

GREEN BLOODY MARY

Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Buchanan’s 12-Year-Old DeLuxe Blended Scotch Whisky
1 oz Fresh Cucumber Juice
1 oz Fresh Apple Juice
3/4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
3/4 oz Simple Syrup
1 dash Hot Sauce
1 dash Worcestershire Sauce
Fresh Cucumber Slice for garnish
Fresh Celery Stalk for garnish
3 Fresh Cherry Tomatoes for garnish

Preparation:
Combine Buchanan’s 12-Year-Old DeLuxe, fresh cucumber juice, fresh apple juice, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, hot sauce, and Worcestershire sauce into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well.
Strain contents into a Highball glass over fresh ice.
Garnish with fresh cucumber slice, fresh celery slice, and 3 cherry tomatoes.

BLOOD ORANGE DON JULIO AND SODA

Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Tequila Don Julio 70 Crystal Añejo
4 oz Topo Chico Soda Water
Dehydrated Blood Orange Slices for garnish

Preparation:
1 Pour Tequila Don Julio 70 into a highball glass. Add fresh ice.
2 Fill to top with Topo Chico and garnish with a dehydrated blood orange slice.

BAILEYS PUMPKIN SPICE LATTE 

Ingredients:
2 oz Baileys Pumpkin Spice Liqueur
1 1/2 oz Hot Coffee
1 oz Milk
2 tbsp Whipped Cream
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
Cinnamon stick for garnish

Preparation:
1 Pour coffee into a glass.
2 Add Baileys Pumpkin Spice and milk
3 Top with whipped cream, a sprinkle of nutmeg, and garnish with cinnamon stick.
