Celebrate the Holidays with GEM&BOLT Mezcal

With the holiday season in full swing and a chill in the air, there’s no better time to warm yourself up from the inside out with artisanal small-batch mezcal. GEM&BOLT is the perfect choice. Heat up the celebrations with the cocktails below.

This batched cocktail is filled with seasonal flavors like pomegranate, cinnamon, as well as anise, and also looks beautiful as touch of holiday décor.
Persephone Punch (above)
(Batch – 20 cocktails)
Ingredients:
- 1 – 750ml bottle GEM&BOLT Mezcal
- 1 – 750ml bottle dry sparkling wine (cava)
- Mulled pomegranate batch (see below)
Mulled Pomegranate Batch:
- 1 liter pomegranate Juice (Pom wonderful or other no-sugar added)
- 2 tsp Juniper berries
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1 tsp black peppercorns
- 2 star anise pods
- Combine all in large glass or Cambro. Refrigerate for approx. 8 hours (overnight). Strain and discard spices
Directions
- Combine in punchbowl over ice, or rocks glass of choice
- Glass: punchbowl, or 8oz rocks glass (short)
- Garnish: orange ½ wheels, pomegranate seeds, and star anise pods

Ingredients
2 oz GEM&BOLT
¾ oz fresh brewed coffee
½ oz pure maple syrup
¾ oz aquafaba
3-4 coffee beans
Dried organic damiana leaves
2-3 ice cubes
Directions
- Dry shake the aquafaba in a cocktail shaker, introducing it to air to create a froth
- Add remaining ingredients and 2 -3 ice cubes to the shaker
- Strain liquid into coup glass
- Use roughly ground coffee beans
- Spring the ground coffee and a small pitch of dried damiana atop the cocktail and enjoy
