2 oz 1800 Silver
2 oz pineapple juice
Squeeze of agave nectar
Small handful cilantro
2 slivers serrano
Shake and strain over ice cubes in a Collins glass. Garnish with a pineapple leaf and slice.
1800 Silver Summer Sangria
1 oz 1800 Silver
3 oz rosé
.25 oz fresh lime juice
.5 oz simple syrup
3 cubes watermelon
Muddle watermelon, shake and strain over ice cubes in a stemless wine glass. Top with rosé and stir gently to combine. Garnish with cucumber-wrapped inner glass and watermelon slice.
1800 Tequila Sunset
2 oz 1800 Silver
.75 oz Campari
1 oz fresh grapefruit juice
Pinch of salt
Shake and strain over ice cubes in a rocks glass. Garnish with grapefruit slice and partial salt rim.
1800 Cilantrita
2 oz 1800 Coconut
1 oz lemon
.75 oz ginger syrup (or 2 slices of ginger muddled in simple syrup)
Small handful of cilantro
Shake and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a sprig of cilantro.

2 oz 1800 Coconut
Barspoon of matcha powder
4 oz vanilla rice milk
.5 oz simple syrup
Shake of cinnamon
Optional squeeze of lime for acidity
Build in Collins glass and swizzle with crushed ice to combine. Garnish with grated cinnamon and a cinnamon stick.
1800 Gold Crush
2 oz 1800 Coconut
1 oz fresh lemon juice
.75 oz honey syrup
5 leaves fresh basil
Muddle basil, shake and strain over ice cubes in a rocks glass. Garnish with basil sprig and lemon wheel.
