Up and coming Executive Chef Jonathan Zaragoza from Masa Azul in Chicago’s Logan Square neighborhood, has created a custom Red Stag by Jim Beam Hardcore Cider drink to bring bourbon cocktails an authentic Mexican flair.
1 part Red Stag by Jim Beam Hardcore Cider
¼ part John DeKuyper & Sons™ O3 Liqueur (Orange Liqueur)
¼ part simple syrup
½ part lime juice
½ roasted Serrano chile
2 bar spoons of tamarind paste
