Ahead of Chinese New Year (February 1) we’re bringing you a cocktail to elevate the celebration. This festive offering has been created by Hendrick’s Gin East Coast Brand Ambassador, Erik Andersson, Check the recipe below and enjoy.

As Andersson puts it, “Like the uncompromising roar of a Tiger, the White Negroni is as powerful as it is rewarding in its nature. By using white vermouth instead of red sweet vermouth, we see a distinguishable brightness and finesse, whilst Suze has that floral and herbal balance that matches so well with Hendrick’s Gin, resulting in a rich complex cocktail with the elegance of a Tiger.”

Ingredients:

Method: Stir ingredients with ice and strain onto fresh ice cube in an old fashioned glass. Garnish by pressing a thin slice of lemon peel over the drink.
