You may be familiar with the Westgate brand thanks to some of their top resorts in Orlando, and if you saw Baz Luhrmann’s ELVIS you already know the Las Vegas property. The film brings its early history to life. In 1969 the property initially opened as The International, later to become the biggest hotel in the world renamed The Las Vegas Hilton, then briefly The LVH, and in 2014 it was christened with its current name, Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino.

The name may have changed but the legacy is undeniable and through its halls you can still find remnants of Elvis. After all it was here that he rebranded his career and had an eight year exclusive run. He delivered 837 sold-out appearances and entertained some 2.5 million people, making him Las Vegas’ all-time most successful performer.

There’s the original bar in the theater’s dressing rooms, a poster from the July 1969 opening night show, the statue prominently showcased in the main lobby, and displays of firearms from The King’s own gun collection.

The Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino will make you feel like you are in your own 64- acre oasis of pleasure, everything you need is within the property. The Japanese-themed Benihana Village is centered around the popular namesake property in an Instagram ready setting with streams, gardens, and cross bridges; with several other Asian restaurants spread throughout.

This carnivore’s temple offers a premiere selection of choice meats including ribeye, Filet Mignon, or the delicious classic tomahawk.

The Bronx Wanderers
What does it take for a show to last 18 years? Check out The Bronx Wanderers and find out. This theatrical experience has been entertaining audiences around the globe with a family of musicians that includes a father, his sons, and their two high school friends.
Vinny Adinolfi has an extensive musical resume going back to the sixties. The show revolves around his many experiences in the industry and all the stars he has encountered including Dion, Tony Orlando, The Jersey Boys, and Billy Joel just to name a few. Together, the kids and Vinny breathe new life into timeless classics and provide amusing stories and endless laughs.
Their show is in the top five out of 211 shows in Las Vegas, they’ve won the Best Of Las Vegas Awards 12 times, and were just inducted into the East Coast Music Hall Of Fame.
