Hendrick’s Gin Introduces New Cucumber Milk

Hendrick’s Gin has just launched Hendrick’s Cucumber Milk, a first-of-its-kind, delectable milk created to be the next best alternative. Inspired by the key ingredient in the most unusual gin, the cucumber,  this is the latest alternative milk innovation to hit the market from the Scottish based distiller. More odd than oat, more unusual than almond, Hendrick’s Cucumber Milk is gin free, dairy free and fruit-based, making it a refreshing additive to a variety of beverages and foods.

From breakfast to dessert, and yes, even cocktails, this milk invention promises to level up your favorite drink or dish with some light taste of our favorite cylindrical fruit.

To celebrate the launch, Hendrick’s Gin has curiously curated a line of recipes and cocktails featuring the cucumber milk to enjoy at home:

Iced Hendrick’s Cucumber Milk & Matcha Latte

Ingredients:

  • 8 parts Hendrick’s Cucumber Milk
  • 1 tsp Matcha Powder
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1 Dash Vanilla Extract

Method: In a tall glass or bowl, whisk together all ingredients until smooth and frothy. Pour into an ice-filled glass and enjoy.

Hendrick’s Cucumber Milk Punch

Ingredients:

  • 2 parts Hendrick’s Gin
  • 2-1/4 parts Hendrick’s Cucumber Milk
  • 1 part Heavy Cream
  • 3/4 part Simple Syrup

Method: Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well. Fine strain over a large ice cube in a punch glass. Garnish with a cucumber wheel.
Hendrick’s Cucumber-Mango Overnight Oats

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup Hendrick’s Cucumber Milk
  • 1/3 cup Plain Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1 tbs Ground Flaxseed
  • 2 tsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 Pinch each of salt and cinnamon
  • Top with diced cucumber and mango

Method: Combine ingredients in a small jar. Seal the jar and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, just open, stir and top with diced cucumber and mango.
