Blu on the Hudson brings a New York City-style dining experience to the waterfront in Weehawken, New Jersey, which features spiraling views of the Hudson River and Manhattan skyline. Beverage Director Jeremy LeBlanche conceptualized a distinctive and stand-out cocktail program that while unique, is still accessible. His drinks substitute fussy ingredients in favor of theatrical presentations and uncommon garnishes to retain their familiarity while creating a memorable experience for each guest.

In honor of National Tequila Day, guests may try Blu on the Hudson’s newly-launched summer cocktail, Bamboo Panda made with Lalo Tequila, kaffir lime-infused elderflower liqueur, coffee-infused Montenegro Amaro, demerara sugar, lemon. It is a rendition of the classic tequila sour infused with delicate floral and herbal nuances. The kaffir lime rim and liquorice candy open up to an unexpected layer of complexity.
