Marking the group’s first international expansion, this venture is spearheaded by Culinary Director David Schwartz, the recipient of the 2023 Michelin Guide Young Chef Award, alongside Executive Chef Braden Chong. MIMI Chinese aims to enrich Miami’s dining landscape by blending modern interpretations of traditional Chinese cuisine with a strong emphasis on quality.
