With Valentine’s Day around the corner we’re bringing you some of the most romantic restaurants in NYC to celebrate.
These offerings have something to offer for all couples – from French fine dining at two Michelin-starred Gabriel Kreuther, to a quaint Italian dinner for two at Rezdôra, to an Indonesian and French inspired feast at Wayan NYC – and more.

Gabriel Kreuther
Valentine’s Day Offering: For some French fine dining Gabriel Kreuther is an excellent option. This year, Chef Gabriel will offer a five course prix-fixe menu priced at $375 per person with delicacies including the Citrus Cured Tuna LoinKing Crab Cooked in Dulce Seaweed ButterPerigord Black Truffle TagliatelleSnake River Farms Wagyu Strip Steak, and On Cloud 9, a dessert featuring yogurt candy cloud, almond frangipane, and raspberry lychee confit. A wine pairing for an additional cost of $295 per person will be available as well.

About: Gabriel Kreuther is a two-Michelin-starred restaurant led by renowned Chef Gabriel Kreuther, which opened in 2015. Fusing his classic French training and Alsatian heritage with his love of New York City, Chef Kreuther creates a comfortably luxurious experience in the heart of Midtown Manhattan. Inspired by the timber homes of Alsace, reclaimed wood beams surround the dining room, creating an elegant yet relaxed setting. In 2025, Kreuther was recognized as a semifinalist for the 2025 James Beard Foundation Award for ‘Outstanding Chef.’

Wayan NYC

Valentine’s Day Offering: This year, Wayan will offer a prix-fixe menu ‘Love in Every Bite’ priced at $108 per person to celebrate Valentine’s Day. Indulge in shareable dishes including the Seasonal Citrus SaladCrab CakeBaked Clam JimbaranButterfish BilindangoBeef TenderloinDuck Fried RiceStrawberries Dipped in Chocolate, and Pandan Custard. About: Wayan, led by Chef/co-owner Cédric Vongerichten offers Indonesian cuisine with a modern French flair, in a sleek space warmed by teak paneling, lush plants, and whitewashed brick. The unique and varied menu combines seasonal products and savory Southeast Asian flavors. Wayan’s showpiece bar turns out innovative cocktails highlighting ingredients inspired by the region. The cozy dining room, with its soothing tones, recessed lighting, and authentic carvings, promotes the sharing of food and conversation.

Ma•dé

Valentine’s Day Offering: This year Ma•dé will be offering two versions of its 4-course prix-fixe menu for $108 per person, which will include a vegetarian option. Menu highlights for the non-vegetarian prix-fixe include an assortment of Oysters & Razor ClamsTuna Tartare, Lobster & Honey Squash Dumplings, and Shrimp ToastButterfish MisoBeef ShortribChoco Mousse, and Crème Fraiche. About: Ma•dé is the sister restaurant of Wayan, led by Chef Cédric Vongerichten and his wife, Ochi Latjuba Vongerichten. Drawing inspiration from the sandy beaches of Bali for its decor and the globe for its seafood and vegetable driven menu, Ma•dé is located in the heart of SoHo at 22 Spring Street just next door from their beloved Indonesian restaurant Wayan. At Ma•dé, Cédric serves a menu of fresh seafood & vegetable-centric dishes that emphasize global flavors and ingredients from diverse corners of the world, while the cocktail-driven beverage program boasts everything from vegetal and floral notes, to twists of savory umami that add a distinctive touch to each tipple. Recently, Ma•de launched their prix-fixe Padang style dining menu, inspired by a beloved form of traditional Indonesian dining, where various dishes are served family-style all at once.

Rezdôra

Valentine’s Day Offering: For those looking for a rustic Italian meal to celebrate Valentine’s Day, Rezdôra is just the place. This year, Rezdôra will offer a prix-fixe menu priced at $250 per person, with choices including Crudo di ricciola (pistachio, ginger, finger lime)Passatelli (rock shrimp, lobster, clam)Cappellaccio (erbazzone, spuma di cippolla, black truffle)Ippoglosso (halibut, potato, escarole, caviar)Anatra (duck, pomegranate, broccolini), and Millefoglie (chocolate, caramel). About: Rezdôra is a Michelin-Starred and New York Times three-star restaurant from Chef Stefano Secchi and Partner David Switzer in New York City’s Flatiron neighborhood. The menu celebrates the cuisine of Emilia Romagna and is centered around house-made pasta, a nod to the restaurant’s name which translates to grandmother, the matriarch of the family who hand rolls pasta. Traditionally prepared meat, fish, local vegetables, and Northern Italian wines complement the offerings. In 2023, Rezdôra received recognition as the #7 of Italian restaurants in the world by Top 50 Italy and was named one of the 100 Best Restaurants in New York City by The New York Times.

Massara

Valentine’s Day Offering: Head to one of NYC’s favorite Italian restaurants this Valentine’s Day for a romantic dinner. This year, Massara is offering a prix-fixe menu priced at $175 per person with choices including the Pizzette Invernale con GuancialeRaviolini TartufatiBrasato di Vitello-Modo Trifolati (braised veal), and Torta Setteveli (chocolate & roasted hazelnut cake). A vegetarian prix-fixe priced also at $175 per person is available for couples wishing to keep things meat-free, with dishes like Tartelletta ‘Rossa Rossa Rossa,’ (winter beets three ways), Cannelloni Salernitani, and Bistecca di Barbabietole (beetroot steak). A wine pairing for an additional cost of $99 will be available as well.

About: Massara is the newly opened second Italian restaurant from Chef Stefano Secchi and David Switzer. Like Rezdôra, Massara’s menu focuses on various pasta dishes, but with a focus on Southern Italy, specifically the cuisine of Campania, which includes Naples, Sorrento, the Amalfi Coast, and Capri. The restaurant centers around an open kitchen that features an Acunto pizza oven from Naples, set into a wall of glossy dark-teal tile. Also featured is a custom-built wood-burning grill, used to make steaks, branzino, zucchini, and eggplant.

Beefbar NYC

Valentine’s Day Offering: This year, Beefbar NYC has the perfect shareable specials for Valentine’s Day, offered a la carte, including Roasted Bone Marrow ($32), Couple’s Seafood Platter ($110) including poached prawns, Japanese uni, oysters, fluke crudo, and a chilled lobster salad, American Wagyu Duo ($80), Kobe Butter Poached Lobster Tail ($65), Heirloom Roasted Carrots ($29), Baked Alaska ($23), and White Chocolate Mousse ($21). About: OPTO is a new Mediterranean-inspired restaurant located in the space formerly occupied by the longstanding and beloved Periyali led by Executive Chef Alex Tubero [Amali, Ad Hoc, Union Square Cafe] and co-owner/partner Nicola Kotsoni [Il Cantinori, Amali, Bar Room, Bar Six, Periyali]. OPTO (meaning “to desire” and “to vision” in Latin), offers an elevated and approachable take on Mediterranean cuisine, inspired by Tubero’s profound respect for carefully curated, high quality ingredients and unfussy technique. Tubero’s long partnership with Kotsoni, who owned and operated Periyali for 38 years, will continue to influence the dining experience at OPTO.
