Alo made its debut in the footwear industry with the release of the Recovery Mode sneaker on May 19^th, 2023. Alo Moves launched a Running Series on September 5th, 2024. This 4-week program, led by Alo’s Director of Fitness at Alo’s Wellness Club Trainer Louis Chandler, is designed to build endurance and tap into the mental benefits of running. You’ll complete two classes each week: one time-based run and one combining running and strength. Start with a 10-minute run and progress to 30 minutes by the program’s end. Each class includes a warmup and cooldown, ensuring you’re prepared and relaxed afterward. Whether on a treadmill or outdoors, you’ll gain confidence, extend your running time, and enjoy the runner’s high. It’s not about pace—it’s about moving your feet and tuning into your mind.
