Ana de la Reguera Stars in the Comedy/Drama SUN BELT EXPRESS, Now On Demand

Ana de la Reguera and Tate Donovan headline SUN BELT EXPRESS, a comedy-drama road trip about one man’s backwards moral journey that’s now available on Digital HD and On Demand from MarVista Digital Entertainment. Written and directed by Evan Buxbaum, making his feature-film debut, the multicultural story also stars India Ennenga, Miguel Sandoval and Rachael Harris.The film will be available on Amazon, Google Play, iTunes, Vimeo and VUDU, as well as On Demand with AT&T, Charter, Comcast, Cox, DirecTV, TWC, Verizon and Vubiquity.

Set in the Sonoran Desert, just south of Tucson, Arizona, Sun Belt Express follows Allen King (Donovan), a down-on-his-luck professor who agrees to earn some extra cash by smuggling undocumentedimmigrants across the border. When his curious teenage daughter Emily (Ennenga) sneaks into the trunk of his car to discover what he’s been up to, Allen finds himself on an unhinged run across the Mexican border with his daughter in tow, a former girlfriend (de la Reguera) and three undocumented immigrants in the trunk. What follows is a family road trip full of surprises and revelations that will change their lives forever.
