Spiced Ovengold Turkey Fajitas (above)

Ingredients:

1 lb – Ovengold Roasted Turkey Breast sliced 1/4″ thick

1 tbsp – olive oil

1 – red onion, cut into strips

1 – green pepper, cut into strips

1 – red pepper, cut into strips

1 ½ – fajita seasoning

8 – flour tortillas

Instructions:

  1. Cut the Ovengold Turkey into strips. (Tip: ask the Deli to slice the Ovengold Turkey 1/4″ thick.)
  2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onions and peppers, then sauté for 3 minutes.
  3. Add the turkey and seasoning and cook until the turkey is warmed through, about 4 minutes.
  4. Warm the tortillas and spoon on the turkey mixture.
  5. Squeeze lime wedges on top for flavor, if desired.
  6. Roll up and enjoy.
  7. Serve with sour cream, salsa, grated cheese, guacamole, or lime wedges if desired.

Chipotle Chicken Rice Burritos

Ingredients:

½ cup – rice, cooked to package directions

½ cup – salsa, hot style

1 can – Pinto beans, drained and rinsed

½ lb – Bold Chipotle Chicken Breast 1/4″ thick slices, diced small

1 cup – Bold 3 Pepper Colby Jack Cheese

4 – Sandwich wraps, sundried tomato flavor

Nonstick cooking spray

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. In large bowl, mix together cooked rice, salsa, pinto beans, chicken and ½ cup of cheese.
  3. Lay wrap on a clean, flat work surface. Place ½ cup of the chicken mixture in center of wrap and fold up like a package. Repeat with remaining wraps.
  4. Spray baking dish with cooking spray and place burritos in dish.
  5. Top with remaining ½ cup of cheese.
  6. Bake for 6-8 minutes or until heated through; serve warm.

Ingredients:

4- flour tortillas

1 cup – guacamole

1 lb – EverRoast® Oven Roasted Chicken Breast sliced thick, cubed

1 cup – Monterey Jack Cheese shredded

Instructions:

  1. Lay tortillas on a clean work surface.
  2. Spoon 1-2 Tbsp. of guacamole on each tortilla.
