Celebrate the 4th of July With These Fresh, Festive Cocktails

It’s officially summer, which means 4th of July is right around the corner. Whether you are celebrating outdoors or with a backyard roast, a key staple to any celebration is a refreshing cocktail. Check below and find cocktail recipes to elevate any get together.
SAILOR JERRY SPICED RUM
Don’t Tread on Jerry
Ingredients:
- Top with sarsaparilla or root beer
- 3 dashes Bitters
- 2 parts Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum
Method: Build cocktail in Collins glass over ice, stirring until mixed well. Garnish with lime wedge.
Ride On

Ingredients:
- 2 parts Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum
- 1/2 parts fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 parts Sailor Jerry Ironsides BBQ sauce
- 1 part pineapple juice
- 3 parts IPA beer
Method: Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Shake and strain into an ice filled highball glass rimmed with GYAO Mango Habanero Seasoning. Top with 3 parts IPA beer of choice. Garnish with a lemon slice.
REYKA VODKA
- 1 part Reyka Vodka
- 2 parts Cranberry juice
- 1 part fresh lime juice
- 1.75 parts simple syrup (1:1)
- 1.75 parts water
Method: Combine all ingredients into ice cup and place in the freezer.
Basil Gimlet

Ingredients:
- 2 parts Reyka Vodka
- 1/2 parts lime juice
- 1/2 parts simple syrup
- Sprig of basil
Method:
- Combine all ingredients and one basil leaf in a shaker. Shake with ice and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with basil.
HUDSON WHISKEY
- 1.5oz Hudson Whiskey Bright lights, Big Bourbon
- 1oz Fresh pineapple juice
- .5oz Dry Vermouth
- .5oz Simple syrup
- .5oz Freshly squeeze lime juice
Method: Add all the ingredients into a shaker with ice & shake vigorously. Pour the mixture into a chilled coupe cocktail glass. Garnish with grated nutmeg.
- 1-1⁄2 Parts Hudson Whiskey Do The Rye Thing
- 3⁄4 Parts Sweet Vermouth
- 1⁄2 Part Fresh Lime
- Topped with Ginger Ale
Method:
Build all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, shake with ice. Strain into a highball cocktail glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a long orange peel.
- Add all ingredients to a punch bowl.
- Garnish with a lemon slices and fresh mint.
- Serve over ice in a wine glass.
MILAGRO TEQUILA
Fiesta Americana

Ingredients:
- 5 muddled strawberries at the bottom of the glass
- 2 parts Milagro Silver Tequila
- 2 parts coco cream
- ¾ parts lemon juice
- 1 part pineapple juice
- ¼ part agave nectar
Method: Garnish with buzz ball rim (blue), shake, strain over fresh ice, and serve in a tall glass.
Picante Margarita

Ingredients:
- 2 parts Milagro Silver Tequila
- 1 part Fresh lime juice
- ¾ part Agave nectar
- ¼ part Tabasco hot sauce (3-4 dashes)
- 3 slices of cucumber
Method:
- First muddle 2 cucumber slices in a shaker before adding any other ingredients. Then add the rest of ingredients with fresh ice and give it a shake for 5-10 seconds next strain and pour into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with the remaining cucumber wheel and enjoy.
Paloma Rosada
- 1 ½ Parts Milagro Reposado
- ½ Part Fresh Lime Juice
- 4 Parts Pink Grapefruit Soda
- 3 Pink Grapefruit Wheels
- Kosher Salt
Method: Pour all ingredients into a highball glass over ice and stir. Garnish with speared pink grapefruit segments and half kosher salt rim.
HENDRICK’S GIN Cucumber Lemonade
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ parts Hendrick’s Gin
- ½ part Lemon Juice
- ½ part Simple Syrup
- Top with Soda Water
- 3 rounds of Cucumber and 1 wheel of Lemon to Garnish
Method: Combine all ingredients in a highball glass filled with cubed ice and lightly stir. Garnish with 3 thinly sliced rounds of cucumber and 1 lemon wheel and serve.
Don’t Call Me Shirley

Ingredients:
- 2 Parts Hendrick’s Gin
- ¼ Part Luxardo Maraschino Cherry Juice or Grenadine
- ¼ Part Orange Liqueur
- Top with Fever-Tree Lemon Tonic
Method: Garnish with a squeeze of lemon, a fresh cherry, and cucumber slices in a highball glass.
Flora Adora Spritz on the Ritz

Ingredients:
- 1-1/2 Parts Hendrick’s Flora Adora
- 1/2 Part Pineapple Juice
- 1/2 Part Lemon Juice
- 1/2 Part Aperol
- 1/4 Part Simple Syrup
- Splash Sparkling Water
Method: In a punchbowl over a large block of ice, combine liquid ingredients and stir well. Garnish with cucumber wheels, pineapple wedges & edible flowers. Serve in punch cups.
