In honor of World Whisky Day (May 19th) here are some refreshing summer sips featuring whisky from The DalmoreJura Single Malt Scotch Whisky and Shackleton Whisky.

Enjoy the flavor notes and complexities of brand. The Dead Ringer, created by Patrick Smith at The Modern at The MOMA, enhances the Jura 10‘s subtle smokiness with Barspoon Absinthe and a touch of sweetness from Grand Marnier.
La Dame De Coeur, currently available at the Baccarat Hotel for $26, combines Dalmore, vermouth, and bitters for a vibrant kick to a classic scotch.
Finally, Arctic Seas made with Shackleton whisky and created by Logan Ronkaiken, at Punch & Pie NYC, uses Blue Curacao, coconut cream, spiced raisin rum and fresh lime juice topped on top of crushed ice.
