Celebratory Summer Cocktails From EFFEN Vodka

EFFEN Vodka recently announced that it has partnered with non-profit organization Allies in Arts to launch the EFFEN Vodka 2021 Pride 365 bottle, to champion creatives in some of the most underrepresented communities, all year-round. For every Pride 365 Bottle made, EFFEN is making a donation to Allies in Arts to support the nonprofit’s mission of empowering creative voices and providing fair-paid work for artists who identify as womxn, BIPOC and LGBTQQIA2S.

To celebrate the new bottle and partnership, EFFEN has also partnered with top mixologist Lauren Paylor to create celebratory cocktails to toast with this season (and year-round). Check out two signature cocktails below – ‘Turn Up For Love’ and ‘Free To Be Me.’

TURN UP FOR LOVE

1.5 oz EFFEN Vodka

¾ oz Wild Blueberry Preserves

¾ oz Lemon

½ oz Simple Syrup

1 Sprig of Thyme

Topped with Club Soda

Directions: Strain into a rocks glass with a big rock and garnish with a thyme sprig.

FREE TO BE ME

1 oz EFFEN Vodka

½ oz Lime Juice

½ oz Simple Syrup

2 oz Coconut Water

2 Strawberries

Pinch of Salt

Directions: Muddle two strawberries with simple syrup and lemon juice. Add vodka, a pinch of salt and short shake. Pour two ounces of coconut water into your tin and strain into a rocks glass with ice. Garnish with a mint sprig.
