INGREDIENTS
– 2 oz Rémy Martin 1738 Accord Royal
– 1 oz sweet vermouth
– 1 dash Angostura bitters
– 1 brandied cherry
INSTRUCTIONS
Pour bitters and liquors over ice in mixing glass. Stir and strain into martini glass. Garnish with a cherry.
XO Old Fashioned

INSTRUCTIONS
In your most luxurious tumbler, stir 1¾ oz Rémy Martin XO, 1 lump of brown sugar and 3 dashes of bitters over ice until silky smooth, continuing to add more ice as you stir.

INGREDIENTS
– ¾ oz Rémy Martin 1738 Accord Royal
– ¾ oz Rye Whiskey
– ¾ oz sweet Vermouth
– 1 bar spoon Bénédictine
– 2 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
– 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
INSTRUCTIONS
Add all the ingredients to a rocks glass. Fill with ice and stir.

INSTRUCTIONS
Pour 1¼ oz Rémy Martin VSOP over cubed ice, top with ginger ale and garnish with a wedge of lime.

INSTRUCTIONS
Muddle a cube of brown sugar into ⅓ oz of sparkling water and add dashes of orange bitters. Pour 1¾ oz Rémy Martin XO over a full glass of ice. Gently stir and serve decorated with wedge of lemon, orange and dry rhubarb.
