Casa Bond, NoHo’s hottest new Mexican restaurant, is partnering with Los Amantes, an artisanal mezcal distiller, to host a multi-course Chef’s tasting menu and Mezcal pairing event on March 27th. The experience will feature a carefully crafted prefix menu by Executive-Chef Owner Rodrigo Abrajan and will be complemented by Los Amantes’ specialty mezcals.
Crafted from 100% agave in Oaxaca, Mexico’s esteemed mezcal region, Los Amantes’ mezcal is smoked in traditional underground pits, resulting in exceptional smoothness and complexity. Notably, the distillery holds NOM-O01X, signifying it as the first internationally certified mezcal distillery.
