Hard Rock Cafe’s Fiesta Burger

Ingredients:

8oz Beef Burger
1 tsp Seasoning Salt
2 TBL Jalapeno Salsa
2 slices Monterey Jack Cheese
1 Hamburger Bun
1 TBL Fresh Guacamole
1 TBL Pico de Gallo
2 leaf Iceberg Lettuce
1 slice Tomato

Directions:

· Shake half of seasoning on burger and place season side down on broiler

· Shake remaining seasoning over burger

· Cook to desired temperature

· Spread jalapeno salsa over the patty

· Place cheese slices on patty

· Place iceberg lettuce on bottom bun

· Place tomato slice on top of lettuce

· Place guacamole on top of cheese

· Place pico of top of guacamole

· Place burger bun on top of finished burger

Air Mexico Flight

The Air Mexico Flight also allows guests to customize their order by using three separate glasses in one serving! Air Mexico Flight uses 3 mini dessert glasses to create separate margaritas in each

2 oz Avion Silver Tequila

¾ oz Cointreau Orange Liquer

3 oz HRC Margarita Mix

½ oz Float Monin syrup: one flavor added to each dessert glass with a choice of Watermelon, Mango, Cucumber, Blue Curacao, Pomegranate or Wildberry

Garnish each glass with salt rim and a lime wedge
