Glenfiddich Sherry Cask Finish 12 Year Old Manhattan

Ingredients:

Method:

  • Stir and strain into glass then garnish with a dehydrated blood orange slice.

Speyside Cobbler

Ingredients:

  • 1½ parts Glenfiddich Year Sherry Cask
  • 1½ parts Amontillado Sherry
  • ½ part Simple Syrup

Method:

    • Add 1 orange half-wheel to shaker tin and shake with ice. Garnish with dark maraschino cherry.

Method: 

  • Stir on ice, strain into a coupe glass and top with a small splash of dry sparkling wine.

A Hint of Spice in Manhattan

Ingredients:

Method: 

  • Add all ingredients to a rocks/old fashioned glass. Add ice and stir briefly. Garnish with fresh ground black pepper and/or a lemon twist.

Banana Peel Old Fashioned

Ingredients:

  • 2 parts Monkey Shoulder
  • ¼ part rich Banana simple syrup
  • 3 dashes black walnut bitters

Method: 

  • Stir, pour over ice, and add banana for garnish.

Brown Sugar Old Fashioned

Ingredients:

  • 2 parts Monkey Shoulder
  • ¼ parts spiced brown sugar syrup
  • 3 dashes Angostura bitters 

Method: 

  • Combine ice and ingredients in mixing glass. Stir for 15 seconds.
  • Strain over fresh ice in DOF/Rocks glass. Garnish with cinnamon stick.
