Whether a seasoned Scotch whisky connoisseur or beginner just diving in, anyone can celebrate the holiday by sipping on beloved expressions neat, on the rocks or within a cocktail, including Glenfiddich 12 Year Old, the world’s most awarded single-malt Scotch whisky, The Balvenie Caribbean Cask 14 Year Old, a classic from the brand responsible for the creation of cask-finishing and Monkey Shoulder, the ultimate blended Scotch that embraces a contemporary, playful style.
Glenfiddich Sherry Cask Finish 12 Year Old Manhattan
Ingredients:
- 2 parts Glenfiddich Sherry Cask Finish 12-Year-Old
- 1 part Carpano Antica Vermouth
- 2 dashes Orange Bitters
Method:
- Stir and strain into glass then garnish with a dehydrated blood orange slice.
Ingredients:
- 1½ parts Glenfiddich Year Sherry Cask
- 1½ parts Amontillado Sherry
- ½ part Simple Syrup
Method:

- Add 1 orange half-wheel to shaker tin and shake with ice. Garnish with dark maraschino cherry.

Ingredients:
- 2 parts The Balvenie Caribbean Cask 14-Year-Old
- ¾ part Tawny Port
- ¼ part Amontillado Sherry
- 4 dashes Angostura Bitters
Method:
- Stir on ice, strain into a coupe glass and top with a small splash of dry sparkling wine.

Ingredients:
- 1½ parts The Balvenie DoubleWood 12-Year-Old
- ½ part Amaro di Angostura
- ¼ part Ancho Chile
- ¼ part Allspice Dram
Method:
- Add all ingredients to a rocks/old fashioned glass. Add ice and stir briefly. Garnish with fresh ground black pepper and/or a lemon twist.
Ingredients:
- 2 parts Monkey Shoulder
- ¼ part rich Banana simple syrup
- 3 dashes black walnut bitters
Method:
- Stir, pour over ice, and add banana for garnish.
Ingredients:
- 2 parts Monkey Shoulder
- ¼ parts spiced brown sugar syrup
- 3 dashes Angostura bitters
Method:
- Combine ice and ingredients in mixing glass. Stir for 15 seconds.
- Strain over fresh ice in DOF/Rocks glass. Garnish with cinnamon stick.
