Finally. It’s about time we send off 2020 and say hello to 2021. Start the New Year off right with a tropical twist on a cocktail staple, by adding a little bit of paradise to your champagne glass and crafting RumHaven’s Coconut Drop at Midnight.

Coconut Drop at Midnight

Ingredients:

2 oz. RumHaven

0.5 oz. Fresh Lime Juice

Prosecco to top (LaMarca)

Lime Peel for Garnish

Directions: Combine RumHaven and fresh lime juice into a champagne glass.
Top with Prosecco and garnish with a lime peel.
