Cocktails To Celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month

With Hispanic Heritage Month fully underway we’re bringing you cocktail recipes to raise a glass and amp your celebrations.

Tequila CAZADORES is an award-winning tequila made with 100% Blue Weber Agave from the highlands of Los Altos de Jalisco with a recipe that has stood the test of time for over 100 years.

Ingredients:
½ oz. Benedictine

½ oz. CAZADORES Café

½ oz. Rompope* or Bacardi coquito

*rompope is a Mexican drink similar to eggnog that dates back to the 17th century.

MethodRefrigerate ingredients then LAYER in a chilled glass by carefully pouring in the order above.

High Roller Margarita
Ingredients:

1 ½ oz Tequila CAZADORES Extra Añejo

¾ oz Grand Marnier

¾ oz agave nectar

3 wedges lime

3 wedges lemon

1 wedge orange

Method: In a cocktail shaker muddle limes, lemons and orange. Add the rest of the ingredients with ice, shake and serve up in a cocktail glass. Garnish with lime and orange peel.

Tequila CAZADORES Prickly Pear Mule
Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz Tequila CAZADORES Añejo

1 oz Perfect Puree Prickly Pear

1/2 oz Agave Nectar

2 Lemon Wedges

Top with Ginger Beer

Method:
In a cocktail shaker, combine all the ingredients with ice except ginger beer. Shake and serve over ice in a copper mug or Mexican clay pot. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with mint and chipotle powder.

Cantarito Familiar 
**serves 17-18 people

Ingredients:

1 Liter bottle of Tequila CAZADORES Reposado (Ranked Best Reposado by 2023 LA Spirits Awards)

25 oz Orange Juice

10 oz Fresh Lime Juice

25 oz Grapefruit Juice

1 teaspoon salt

12 oz Grapefruit Soda

Method:
Combine tequila, orange juice, lime juice, grapefruit juice, salt, and grapefruit soda. Stir and pour over ice. Garnish with orange, grapefruit, and tamarind candy
