Vvolt, a company focused on making e-transportation the most common form of mobility, has just introduced  the Alpha II, an electric bike designed for those seeking enjoyment without excessive complexity.

Since its inception, Vvolt has focused on designing and building products that solve human transportation challenges through electric mobility, and the Alpha II sets a new standard in the brand’s vision for comfortable and fun e-transportation. ​

This new model has a near zero-maintenance belt drive, powerful hydraulic disc brakes, and an integrated removable battery to make riding and recharging a breeze. It also includes five modes of responsive pedal assistance. The all-new bike also features reliable Shimano hydraulic brakes, a Gates Carbon Drive System that never needs oil, and an upright bike fit that is perfect for short rides around town and longer days in the saddle.

At 44 lbs, the Alpha II is one of the lightest e-bikes on the market, made possible in part by Vvolt’s selection of high-quality components and the overall design crafted by the Vvolt team. The new Alpha II’s integrated, UL2771-certified battery offers 375Wh, providing 15 to 40 miles of real-world range, depending on terrain, assist level, and other factors.
