Chef-restaurateur Gaurav Anand has just opened Dilli Dilli, an intriguing restaurant concept which will bring flavors of Old Delhi and New Delhi to the heart of Times Square, New York.

Led by two chefs — one from the bustling streets of New Delhi (Chef Gaurav Anand), known for his contemporary style, infuses a forward-thinking approach inspired by New Delhi’s dynamic dining scene — and the other is rooted in the timeless culinary tradition of Old Delhi (Chef Vipul Gupta).

For the first time in New York City, these two powerhouse chefs unite to showcase some of the finest dishes from Delhi, India’s culinary capital.

Complementing the vibrant menu is Beverage Director Jeremy Le Blanche, who drew from his experience through working at some of the best cocktail bars around the world to create signature cocktails that echo the spirit of India’s culinary capital. Exciting.
