If you’re looking for peace, lose yourself within the 100 acre estate of Finca Serena. Here, nature of the Mediterranean grows uninhibited: ancient olive groves and lemon trees, cypresses and pines share the land with fields of lavender, orchards and acres of newly planted indigenous grapes.

The estate is home to 25 luxurious rooms and suites nestled into the countryside and scattered throughout the property. Here the past meets the present, a coming together between tradition and modernity. The modifications to the original structures were designed to bring a greater integration between the guests and nature. The main building includes eight rooms and suites, the remainder are distributed within 8 separate buildings – creating a perfect refuge.

Pilar Garcia-Nieto, who is the overall director of interior design for all the Único Hotels, together with local Mallorca Architect Sergi Bastidas were tasked with giving form to the imagination of owner Pau Guardans. A floating bamboo sculpture created by Laurent Martin presides over the reception area, the restoration of an original chimney in the main house or art works of Claudia Valcells inspired by the estate are typical of the design approach.

Mallorca has a rich gastronomic offering and Finca Serena has access to its own generous kitchen gardens, fruit trees, and selection of natural produce, ensuring the freshest ingredients. Products are plucked from the trees and gardens and brought to the table. Traditional local recipes are created in a modern fresh culinary style by master Chef Cristian Peguero at Jacaranda, offering panoramic views.

At Finca Serena you can take long walks among the estate’s jacaranda trees, soak up the sun’s rays, or simply relax and breathe. The property’s wellness team can help get you on a path to find your serenity through yoga classes and meditation zones. The spa offers massages by trained professionals from Natura Bissé … in a space offering breathtaking views of the countryside. The spa features an indoor pool, fitness equipment by Technogym, and a sauna. All are designed to help you disconnect with the world and reconnect to your inner self.

Located in the Pla de Mallorca, the Finca is just minutes from some of the island’s most attractive places to visit and just 20 minutes from some of the best beaches. Tiny villages are rich with their own culture, cuisine and customs, and Montiuïri, Sineu or Algaida offer a place where sporting activities and history occupy a special place.
The island has it all: open countryside and mountains that are designated as a UNESCO cultural heritage site – the Serra de Tramuntana. Sports abound with championship golf, hiking and biking. With an average of 300 days of sunshine annually, the island is a perfect year-round destination.

Finca Serena is located at Ma-3200 km, 3, 07230 Montuïri, Balearic Islands, Spain. Visit our website at www.fincaserenamallorca.com
