GEN Z VOTES: AXE Teams Up With Russell Westbrook To Get Gen Z to Vote Early

The 2020 election will be THE biggest cultural moment of the year. 14 million new voters have become eligible to vote. As part of Unilever’s I’M The Vote program, AXE is teamed up with When We All Vote, and AXE Ambassador Russell Westbrook to support voter registration and engagement. The brand utilized its creative partnerships to support registering, education around suppression & mail-in voting by creating nationally relevant & shareable content – led by Bloody Osiris, co- produced by Russell with a team of creatives including Kenny Knox, Nick Giassi, Donte Colley, Efrangeliz Medina and Salice Rose.
With more than 14 million new voters becoming eligible to vote this year, AXE is setting out to inform and incentivize early voting among Gen Z. The plan is to help educate Gen Z guys on voter registration and mail-in-voting through informative, shareable content.
