Get Lucky On St. Patrick’s Day With These Festive Cocktails

Just in time for upcoming St. Patrick’s Day celebrations we bring you festive cocktails from Espolòn Tequila, Montelobos Mezcal and Ancho Reyes Chile Liqueur.

Pair the Verde liqueur with various spirits at home to create delicious cocktails with a hint of spice to cheer on St. Patrick’s Day. Spicy Verde Margarita  (above)
Ingredients 

·         45 ml Espolòn Blanco  

·         15 ml of Ancho Reyes Verde  

·         30 ml Fresh Lime Juice  

·         10 ml agave syrup (depending on sweetness)  

Garnish
·         Sea salt crust rim (half rim is a good option)  

·         Lime peel or wedge  

Method
Shake ingredients with plenty of ice, double strain in a in a coupette. Garnish with lime peel/wedge.

Verde Te Quiero Verde
Ingredients 

·         1 oz Mezcal Montelobos Espadín 

·         1 oz Ancho Reyes Verde 

·         1 TBSP Chia seeds 

·         .75 oz Simple Syrup 

·         1 oz lime juice 

·         2 oz Seltzer Water 

Garnish
·         Top with mint leaves and lime juice 

Method
Combine Mezcal Montelobos Espadín, Ancho Reyes   Verde,    Chia seeds, simple syrup, and lime juice in a shaker and shake well. Serve over a Collins glass with ice and add seltzer water to top off. Stir with a spoon.
