Said to be the bartender with the most world trips in a year, Nico De Soto will be bringing his cultural spirit and diverse expertise to select Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Asia this summer from Four Seasons Resort The Nam Hai to Four Seasons Resort Koh Samui, combining fresh local ingredients in each destination to create inspired new drinks.
The Pop-up series ‘From Market-to-Glass’ at Four Season Resort The Nam Hai will see Mixologist Nico De Soto utilizing the organic on-property farm along with traveling to nearby markets in the vibrant city of Hoi An to begin crafting 5 beverages. This includes 1 mocktail where local culture and flavors will merge together. De sSoto will also make special guest shift appearances at the bar and will host an exclusive MasterClass session for a private bartending experience. De Soto– is a Globetrotter, Mixologist, Owner of MACE NYC on the World’s 50 Best Bars list and DANICO Paris.
The event takes place July 13-17, 2022 at Four Seasons Resort The Nam Hai, Hoi An.
De Soto will create cocktails that reflect the spirit of Vietnam that will be added to the resort’s cocktail menu. Having traveled to over 102 countries he shares an exclusive opportunity for guests to experience unique and never seen before drinks featuring local flavors, Rum, Cognac, Gin and Perrier.
