HENNESSY Cocktails To Celebrate The Weekend

With Cinco de Mayo coming up, and Canelo Alvarez set to fight Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. on the weekend, this is the perfect time to try this tasty new Hennessy cocktails.

Zaragozas Victory (above)

  • 1.5 oz Hennessy VS
  • .5 oz Ancho Reyes chili Liqueur
  • .5 oz Lemon juice
  • 1 bar spoon agave nectar
  • 2 dashes chocolate bitters
  • 1 dash Hella chili bitters
  • Garnish: Orange twist
  • Glass: Coupe

 

Method: Add all ingredients to a shaker tin with ice, shake to chill, strain into a coupe glass and garnish with an Orange twist

Hennessy Pineapple Spritz _ WHT

Hennessy Pineapple Spritz

  • 1.5 oz Hennessy VSOP
  • 2.5 oz Pineapple juice
  • 2.5 oz Soda water
  • Garnish: Pineapple wedge, or Lemon wedge
  • Glass: Highball

 

Method: Pour Hennessy and Apple juice into a Collins glass with ice, top with soda water and garnish with a pineapple wedge.
