Hennessy is partnering with the Creed franchise and the latest film, Creed III, in an exciting campaign to turn your boxing fantasies into reality, and craft tasty cocktails at home. The new film starring Michael B. Jordan opens Friday March 3rd and features a cameo from boxing champion and Hennessy partner Canelo Alvarez.

The Creed franchise is about creating your own legacy, as well as championing yourself and the people around you. That’s why Hennessy joins in to champion all who fight to create their own legacy. In the same way, Jordan is also etching his name deeper into the Creed universe, by making his directorial debut and embodying strength, grit, and determination once again through Adonis Creed.   

Though this partnership, Hennessy along with Creed III will create a real-life replica of Adonis Creed’s gym from the movie.
Starting March 4, the gym will be open to the public at Delphi Boxing Academy, located at 900 N Fairfax Ave in Los Angeles, offering guests the chance to immerse themselves in the world of Creed III.

Visitors will have the opportunity to explore the gym, witness sparring matches, and try their hand at boxing, all inspired by the iconic scenes from the movie.

The Creed Punch Cocktail
The Creed Punch was designed to capture the spirit of the Creed franchise. Drawing from elements of the three films this cocktail highlights the mixability of Hennessy V.S.O.P. To respect the training and discipline it takes to be an elite boxer, coconut water and fresh pineapple juice bolster the berry and fruit notes of Hennessy. A touch of sweetness is added in the form of grenadine, and lime juice adds an appropriate amount of sharpness. The Creed Punch was made to not only be a great “Punch” but pack one as well.

What’s Included in the Kit 

·       1 Hennessy V.S.O.P Cognac 375 ml bottle 

·       1 Coconut Water 16.9 oz carton 

·       2 Pineapple Juice 6.0 oz cans 

·       1 Grenadine 4 oz bottle 

·       4 Limes 

·       1 Orange Bitters 0.5 oz bottle

How to make The Creed Punch 

1.     Cut lime in two halves. Juice one half of the lime and set aside. Slice the other half of the lime into quarter inch thick lime wheels for garnish and set aside. 

2.     Measure and add Hennessy V.S.O.P, coconut water, pineapple juice, grenadine, lime juice, and orange bitters into a cocktail shaker with ice. 

3.     Shake until well chilled. 

4.     Strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice. 

5.     Garnish with a lime wheel.

While working at places like canon: whiskey and bitters emporium in Seattle and Pegu Club and Amor y Amargo in New York; he has shown a strong thirst for knowledge and an enduring passion for well-made cocktails and well-crafted spirits. His original cocktails have been published in books discussing new classics and reviewed in the New York Post, New York Times and the London Financial Times. Sean was most recently the Head bartender at the two Michelin starred Gabriel Kreuther in midtown NYC before becoming the Hennessy brand ambassador for New York.
